Injury Prevention Training
At Arthro One, we create a customised individual program designed especially for athletes and people involved in physical sport which will help them avoid common injuries in their specific sports (e.g. football, cricket, tennis, badminton, athletics, basketball, golf, etc ).
People who are not into sports can also join this programme to avoid common conditions like back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain in their routine life scenarios.
Strength and Performance Enhancement
Recent evidence has shown that core stability, kinematic chain coupling, neuromuscular co-ordination and cross training play a huge role in improving your performance and recovery.
Our programs which are designed specifically to improve the above with stronger and flexible joints will support you in enhancing your performance and help you excel in your game.

Workload management
Workload is present in both sporting and non-sporting activities. It can also be described in context to competition load, training load and recreational activities. In the majority of the cases, an injury occurs because of not managing your workload properly!!
At Arthro One, we have a well designed program under which experienced team members will help you manage your load that will result in decreasing the chances of getting injured. This load management system will also help you to train at an optimal level which in turn will maximize your performance and will always keep you in a well-conditioned mode to perform up to your maximum potential.

Injury Evaluation and Management
For any injury analysis it is important to do an in depth study of the causes and effects of the injury. Arthro One has a long line up of experienced and highly trained physios and doctors who will understand the root causes of the injury. We use the latest techniques & guidelines of evaluation to scrutinize the core problem.
A detailed injury assessment is done and a program is devised to manage that injury and get you back to normal and perform better. Our ultimate goal is to keep our athletes injury-free, pain-free and to maximise their performance through appropriate co-ordination of strength, agility and endurance as per their specific sport.
